Frame by Frame hand animation
For particular sequences, each frame was hand painted in After Effects, frame-by-frame. This was painstaking work, but added real dynamism to the piece. The time-lapse Gif below, albeit grainy, gives some idea of the process. I’m fortunate enough to use a touchscreen monitor from Dell, this would have been a lot more difficult without!
A really enjoyable job showcasing the best in direction, film, editing, and sound design.
